This brace has been designed to reinforce the factory brackets that connect the pitch stop to the car. It has been proven that under even normal driving conditions, the brackets will flex and will eventually cause damage to the pitch stop brackets. This has become a common problem in the 2015 models, and it will only get worse if you decide to modify the car to have substantial increases in power where the added torque will create more movement.
