This is a perfect rod for tuna chunking, shark fishing, light tackle "gulf stream" trolling for yellowfins, sailfish, or white marlin, and several other big game applications. The 15-30 lb. model is perfect for inshore tuna chunking for picky fish with light leader, and the 20-40 lb. is more of a "standard" chunk rod.
